We provide all of the usual services that you would expect from an accountancy firm, plus a few others:

• Accounts preparation, for sole traders and partnerships, and for limited companies

• Vat return preparation

• Payroll processing each week or month

• Completion of tax returns and advice on liabilities arising

• Monthly or quarterly management accounts

• Projected cash flow statements, to assist with management planning or applications for finance

• Advice and training on various book-keeping software, including Sage and QuickBooks

• Training and implementation of Act!, a database that can be used to capture information on sales leads and contacts

• Advice on business profitability and tax planning

We are also starting to offer a full book-keeping service, when we collect the books and records on a regular basis from you, file the paperwork, scan them onto a disc or a pen drive and then process the accounting entries required to prepare your Vat returns and year end accounts. At the end of the year we can return your books and records to you again, in order, for safe-keeping for 6 years, or we could arrange to return the CD to you and shred the paperwork to save on your storage space. HMRC will accept electronic copies of the source documents, and you won’t then need to find somewhere to store all of that paperwork.
