Sometimes I get so wrapped up in things that I forget to say thank you to the people who help me and the business.

To be where we are now, with plenty of time to do the things that need doing and time to plan ahead without pressure of deadlines is exactly where we wanted to be when we appointed you last year.

It has proved a very good decision.
